Parts Compatibility
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for confirming the compatibility of parts before making a purchase.
- Model Variations: Due to factory options and extended manufacturing periods, the same model machines may have different parts serving the same function.
- Potential Incompatibility: These parts may not be direct replacements and could be incompatible with your equipment.
- No Automatic Compatibility Guarantee: We do not guarantee that a part will fit your machine solely based on its product description.
- Information Provided: We offer the most common parts and include notes on superseded or optional parts when possible.
- Ensuring Compatibility: For guaranteed compatibility, the part number must match exactly or be a direct supersede.
- Assistance Available: You can contact us with your machine’s information and serial number to confirm compatibility.
- Assumption of Original Condition: Guaranteed compatibility assumes that your equipment has not been modified or altered from its original factory condition.
- Incorrect Orders: If you order the wrong part, it will be subject to our Returns Policy (below).
- Our Mistake: If we make an error, we will take responsibility for providing the correct replacement and covering all associated shipping costs.
Returns Policy
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order received date by requesting an RMA.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses. If we provide a return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Restocking Fee: Special orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Condition of Returns: All returned items must be in their original, saleable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Electrical parts and components are not eligible for return.
- Late Returns: Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
- Free Shipping Returns: If an item shipped with free shipping is returned, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Warranties & Defects
- Quality Assurance: All items are guaranteed to be free from defects upon delivery.
- Replacements: We offer free replacements for defective or incorrect items.
- Manufacturer’s Warranty: Most items include a manufacturer’s warranty, which is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

- Authorized Installation: Some warranties are valid only if the item is installed by an authorized dealer.
- Exclusions: Manufacturer warranties do not cover labor costs or damages resulting from incorrect use or installation.
Shipping
- Same-Day Shipping: In-stock parcel orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (UTC−05:00) qualify for same-day shipping.
- Freight Items: LTL (Less Than Truckload) or truck freight items require a 1–2 day lead time for packaging and carrier pickup.
- Expedited Shipping: Available upon request; additional charges may apply.
- Shipping Origin: In-stock items are shipped from our facility in Lake City, Florida.
- Direct Shipments: Out-of-stock or special-order items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer; inbound freight charges may apply.
- International Orders:
- Customs Fees and Taxes: Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs fees and taxes, billed to the recipient and not reflected in the cart or invoicing.
- Shipping Arrangements: We highly recommend arranging shipping before purchasing. Quotes can be provided to estimate total shipping costs.
Free Shipping Program
- Eligibility: Free shipping is available only to addresses within the contiguous United States.
- Shipping Method: Items will be shipped via the most efficient method, typically UPS Ground.
- International Freight Credit: Orders shipped outside the United States under the free shipping program are eligible for a freight credit. This credit varies by item and order size and is approximately equivalent to domestic shipping costs.
- Program Changes: The Free Shipping Program is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Local Pickup
- Order Preparation: Local pickup orders are generally ready within 2 hours. Please contact us if you need items ready sooner.
- Sales Tax:
- Florida Residents: Local sales tax applies to all pickup orders unless a valid Florida Resale Certificate or Agricultural Exemption is provided.
- Out-of-State Customers: All out-of-state customers are required to pay local sales tax without exceptions.
